I have the privilege and distinction of being recognized as a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). I received A Bachelor of Social Work degree, as well as a Master of Social Work (MSW) Degree from Laurier University in Kitchener, Ontario.
My career spans a period of approximately 12 years and counting, during which time I have worked in various community settings and with countless individuals who have experienced overwhelming conditions and experiences in their lifetimes. I am a dedicated and focused practitioner, having enhanced his practice through development and use of such clinical modalities as Trauma Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Over the course of my career, I have worked with adolescents, adults, and groups, with a singular focus upon improving quality of life and wellness for all my clients.
During the years of my practice as a children’s mental health clinician, I have worked with individuals who have been diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) to name a few.
I have spent countless hours focusing upon areas of behaviour modification, emotion regulation, relationships, trauma, stress management, and reconciliation. Topics which have often been discussed during therapy include anger, loss, resentment, fear, loneliness, and mistrust. I do my best to instill hope and optimism in my clients, to achieve the best possible outcomes for themselves and their loved ones.
In my free time, I like to spend time with family and friends at the cottage, hiking and reading.

Finding Connection in Times of Change
Every stage of life brings shifts. Some feel exciting, others feel unsettling. Maybe you’ve noticed more tension with your partner, a growing distance in your family, or emotional changes that leave you feeling out of step with yourself and the people you love.
You might be asking yourself: Why is it so hard to connect right now?
That’s where I come in. I work with women, couples, and families who are moving through transitions that test connection and stir up old wounds. Sometimes it’s the ripple effects of perimenopause or menopause, sometimes it’s the grief of family estrangement, and sometimes it’s simply the weight of change you didn’t expect.
In therapy, you’ll find a space to breathe, reflect, and realign. I bring warmth, curiosity, and practical strategies to help you process what’s happening and rebuild stronger, healthier ways of relating.
Because change doesn’t have to pull you apart. It can be the start of healing, clarity, and deeper connection.
If you’re ready to explore what’s possible, I’d love to meet you. Let’s start with a consultation and take the next step together.
